The Armenian national airline Armavia was founded in year 1996 and its headquarters are in the city of Yerevan and a base at Airport Zvartnots. The airline offers flights to 40 destinations in Europe and Asia, and follows strictly the standards of security and comfort of the passengers. The airline fleet is continually updated and currently includes 9 airplanes of the type Airbus, Bombardier, CRJ, Tupolev and Yakovlev.

According to the baggage requirements of Armavia, passengers are entitled to one piece of hand baggage up to 5 kg with dimensions 55 x 45 x 25 cm. The restrictions for the registered baggage are up to 32 kg with a total size of 203 cm

The airline offers accommodation in two classes - Economy and Business Class, with various privileges and extras according to the class. The Business Class passengers have a choice of menu, video and audio programs during the flight, and special waiting rooms at several international airports.
