Israel's national airline company El Al has has its headquarters in Tel Aviv and a base at the International Airport Ben Gurion. The airline company is operating flights to 43 destinations in Europe and Asia, Africa and North America and the Middle East. The airline fleet consists of airplanes of the type Boeing and the company is considered the safest airline in the world since there are armed employees of the company during the flights and specially equipped airplanes.

According to the baggage requirements of the airline company El Al, the First Class passengers are entitled to two pieces of had baggage up to 16 kg and 8 kg, while those in the Business Class are entitled to two pieces of jand baggage up to 16 kg and 4 kg. The Economy Class passengers can bring hand baggage of up to 8 kg. The dimensions of the hand baggage must not exceed 56 x 45 x 25 cm. At the same time, the requirements for the registered luggage are 40 kg for the First Class passengers, 30 kg for the Business Class and 20 kg for the Economy Class passengers. When the flight is to Brazil or North America, the limit is for 4 pieces of luggage up to 32 kg for the First Class passengers, 3 pieces of luggage up to 32 kg for the Business Class passenegers and 2 pieces of luggage up to 23 kg for the Economy Class passengers.

The airline offers a loyalty program in three stages with collection of miles and a number of bonuses.
