Approximately 10 kms from Hamburg city is located the International Airport " Fuhlsbüttel" (IATA code HAM). It is the fourth in size and importance in Germany, but since it is within the city limits, night flights are not operated. The airport has two runways and two terminals that are located on both sides of the central building of the airport. The three buildings of the terminal have different functions, aiming to make passengers’ stay more pleasant and comfortable.
