Serving domestic and international destinations, Aegean Airlines is the second largest airline in Greece, based in the city of Athens. The airline company is a partner of other major airlines including Brussels Airlines, Air One, Lufthansa, Portugal Airlines TAP, and other airlines in Europe and in America, the Middle and Far East, Africa and Australia. Among the destinations that are served by Aegean Airlines are Thessaloniki and Kavala, Corfu, Mykonos and Rhodes, Santorini, and Rome, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Cairo, Venice, etc. The airline fleet includes over thirty machines Boeing 737-400, 737-300, and Airbus 321, 320 and AVRO RJ 100.

The passengers flying with Economy Class have the right to bring one piece of hand baggage up to 8 kg, while those flying with Business Class can bring two pieces of luggage up to 8 kg and 5 kg. In addition, the Economy Class passengers are entitled to 15 kg luggage for the domestic flights and 20 kg luggage for the international flights. The Business Class passengers can therefore carry 20 kg luggage for the domestic flights and 30 kg luggage for the international flights. When there is over weight of baggage, passengers are charged two euros per kilogram for domestic flights and 1.5% of the IATA tariff on international flights.

Services offered by the Aegean Airlines include online check-in 24 hours to half an hour from the departure. Members of the program Aegean Airlines Miles & Bonus are entitled to 5 kg and 10 kg additional baggage, if they are holders of silver or gold card respectfully.
