The second largest airlinein Japan after Japan Airlines is the All Nippon Airways or ANA, with headquarters in Tokyo and a base at Narita Airport. The airline operates flights to 71 destinations, including 49 domestic and 22 international set in China, Korea, Southeast Asia, Western Europe and the USA. The airline fleet consists of Boeing airplanes.

According to the luggage requirements of All Nippon Airways, the passengers are entitled to hand baggage of up to 10 kg. The registered baggage requirements are for up to 20 kg for the Economy Class passengers and up to 40 kg for the First Class travelers.

All Nippon Airways plans to introduce a number of improvements for a more comfortable flight for its passengers including new seats in the Business Class, more spacious seats in the Economy Class , a new etertainment system, and special meals. Since year 2010 the airline company has also introduced in its aircraft a toilet for women only. For the convenience of the passengers, the airline offers a loyalty program and works in partnership with many international and domestic airlines.
