The second largest airline company in Israel is Arkia Israeli Airlines, which has headquarters in Tel Aviv and a base at  the International Airport Ben Gurion. The airline company operates scheduled and charter flights to 17 destinations in Europe and the Middle East. The airline fleet consists of airplanes of the type Boeing, ATR, Bombardier Dash, Embraer.

According to the baggage requirements of the Arkia Israeli Airlines company, passengers are entitled to hand baggageof up to 3 kg with dimensions 40 x 25 x 20 cm during the domestic flights and up to 5 kg and dimensions 20 x 50 x 25 cm during the international flights. The restrictions for the registered luggage are up to 10 kg for the domestic flights and up to 20 kg for the international flights.
