The Danish airline company Cimber Sterling was founded back in year 1949 and its headquarters are in the town of Sonderborg. The airline operates scheduled and charter flights to 53 domestic and international destinations in Western and Eastern Europe. Its fleet consists of 26 airplanes of the type ATR, Bombardier and Boeing. Cimber Sterling is a member of Star Alliance, working in partnership with the airlines Lufthansa and SAS.

According to the baggage requirements of Cimber Sterling, the passengers are entitled to one piece of hand baggage up to 8 kg with dimensions 55 x 40 x 23 cm, while the restrictions for the registered luggage are up to 20 kg.
