Monarch Airlines is a British charter company, founded in year 1968, with headquarters in London and bases at Luton Airport, Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham. The airline offers flights to 100 destinations, covering mainly the Mediterranean countries, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus. In addition, Monarch Airlines offers charter flights to the U.S., Caribbean, India and Africa. The airline fleet consists of 31 airplanes of the type Airbus and Boeing.

According to the baggage requirements of Monarch Airlines, passengers are entitled to one piece of hand baggage up to 10 kg with dimensions of 56 x 45 x 25 cm, while the restriction for the registered luggage is up to 20 kg.
