The national flag carrier TAP Air Portugal is based at the Lisbon International Airport and operates flights to Europe, North and South America and Africa, and the Caribbean region. Since year 2005, TAP Portugal airlines is a member of the alliance Star Alliance, and is partner with many airlines to fly around the world including Austrian Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, SAS Scandinavian Airlines, Lufthansa, and others. As required by TAP Portugal Airlines, the Economy Class passengers can carry one piece of hand baggage up to 6 kg and measures 115 cm, while those in the Exclusive Class can carry two pieces of hand baggage up to 10 kg each. The registered baggage of the Economy Class passengers should be up to 20 kg and the registered baggage of the Exclusive Class passengers could be up to 30 kg.
