The second largest airport in Spain is the International Airport "El Prat" in Barcelona. It is located 10 kms from the city center in the southwestern direction and is a base for the airline companies "Vueling Airlines" and "Spanair". The airport serves domestic and international flights to many destinations in Europe and Southeast Asia, North and Latin America. It has three runways and two terminals, where part of Terminal 2 is used by the budget airline companies such as "Ryanair", "EasyJet" and "EasyJet Switzerland". Passengers are welcomed to use several restaurants and cafes, many shops and a duty-free zone, information offices and car-rental offices, medical center, wireless internet and more. In addition, there is a large parking area for long-term parking. The International Airport "El Prat" can be reached by private and public bus, by train, by car or taxi.
